    • 100% refund is available for cancellations made at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled check-in date.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation with in 5 - 7 business working days.
  4. Exceptions

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, Night Nest reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
